With an illustrious career spanning over 37 years and numerous executive positions in the global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, John was looking forward to a well-earned semi-retirement. However, destiny had other plans, and Ralf came calling.
The two first crossed paths during John's initial visit to the Philippines back in 2005 on behalf of the world's largest contact center outsourcing provider. Over the years, they stayed connected and built a professional rapport that ultimately sowed the seeds for a revolutionary idea.
When Ralf discovered John's intentions of semi-retirement, he saw an opportunity too valuable to let pass. He reached out to John, proposing a novel business model that had the potential to reshape the outsourcing industry profoundly.
